  1. Had a crazy night last night with the ol’ hurricane coming in pretty close, nice to follow it up with a new TB video😂

  2. Scored a bunch of DD75s on this blowout TW sale, lookin forward to seeing what the hype is all about

  3. I’m in CT and I can’t seem to get them to hit any moving lures, bandito bugs have been my go to cause they seem to want a slower presentation

  4. Hey brother I’m a beginner bass fishermen I have a question, What is the difference between a diving crankbait and a squarebill ?

  5. Not sure what color SPRO Speed Demon he was using. Looks like whats called Laundry Matte. Can anyone affirm or deny that?

  6. Hey Matt Allen, Tim Little love what you’re doing this is Mike from Abalt Custom Lures.I wish you would take a look at my lure design by watching my Various Fish Catches. Please it’s not about me it’s about a lure design that will blow your mind. Thanks Mike,Abalt Custom Lures

  7. Teckel just came out with a new version of the Kick Knocker Pup that is made to fish in rougher water.
It sits further tail down and is pretty loud. It worked great last weekend in the hurricane rain when nothing else got a bite.

  8. On the megabass giant dog x stock hooks were rough for me. Out of the package caught 1 fish and had bent out 2 hook points. Very disappointed to pay that amount for a bait and have that type of hardware.

  9. Seems like year around my go to is always a roboworm/dropshot .. if I’m getting skunked I switch to that setup and bam I atleast catch a 1 pounder lol

  10. Try the ryugi lt caro #1 on that jackall rhythm wag. It’s even got a barb to hold the bait on. I’ve been using that for my 3 1/2 inch jerk baits and love it. Bkk came out with a weighted permalock hook that looks like it should be amazing for small soft jerkbaits. I can’t wait to try that one.

  11. If you’re in a bluegill fishery, do you have a go to color for the vision 110? Or in a perch or golden shiner fishery for smallies

  12. I absolutely love speed crank bait fishing the hits are harder because the bait’s moving faster and entertaining as hell, absolutely love it.

  13. The fish in one of my local lakes really like the Clearwater Minnow Tactical DD. I started catching fish on it around late June and they were still hitting last weekend. I’ve caught largemouth, hybrids, white perch and crappie on it.

  14. Hey Matt so as you were talking about using the giant dog x and the duo pencil 100 which both are 2 of my favorites as well another one to keep an eye on is hideki’s teckel brand the kicknocker pup it’s a downsized topwater walking bait to his kicknocker and everyone knows how brilliant he is with his creations going all the way back to the vixon the kicknocker pup is definitely one to put some time in with awesome colors and of course Tim’s favorite "chrome"and the hooks they come with stock are nasty sticky …thanks always enjoy the videos 👊🏼

  15. What rod are you throwing the shallow square bills on ? Same as the deep ? And also what gear ratio for the spro? I’ve tried it on a 7:3:1

  16. 🎉 thank you for adding more baits. Trust me in my area it is hard to get bit so I’m always looking for more things to give me an advantage.

  17. If I may add a shallow crankbait recommendation, the Rapala DiveTo shallow options work very well. But you’re liable to also catch walleye and pike if they’re in the area, just as much as bass

  18. Just picked up a shimano slx xt 7/1. What rod around 100 bucks would you recommend to pair with it. Mostly fishing texas rigs

  19. Matt, you are at that point where a good quality video of you guys just doing recon is needed. Looking at the evidence of fish activity, bait consumption, bird behavior, etc. One video for anglers with electronics and a separate vid for bank anglers w/o electronics. You guys have taught us what to use, what to buy, where to go fish but now show us you guys walking the shore, reading the tracks, watching birds that are fish eaters; you taught us how to hunt but teach us how to track; there is a difference.

  20. One thing that I never hear on here when you talk about speed cranking us the Deep-X 200 and 100. The 300 is great, but sometimes the 100 and 200 are the business. The size can be closerto match and the depth of the smaller 100 and 200 can be in the right zone also. That 200 is what I use alot and you dont need a Launcher or the like to fish it, like the DX-300 or especially the Deep-6. I fish the 200 on a MB Jerkbait special and the 100 on a MB 110 stick, both with Aldebarens.

  21. i dont think its so much about the season. water temp, water level, and pressure is what plays a factor especially in northern california lakes. the sudden release of water and dropping water levels this tome of year is almost always going to put a damper on fishing.

  22. I fish a Chrome lipless crankbait all day and night during october … Loud , fishes all depths , fast or slow … casts a mile ….Hauls them in … no need for all those other lures … Hmmm No mention ? I start with 5 brand new ones and by the end of october , the chrome is all beat off of all 5 lures from all the action … Nothing beats it in my neck of the woods … Trust me folks , go to walmart and buy a cotton cordell super spot in chrome blue for 3.97 , tie it on your favorite fishing pole , go out to your lake and start casting it around and hang on or better still , go out at night and get a whopper … Yep… nothing comes close … Walleyes , bass , giant crappie , pike, musky … it gets them all … Fun fact … when your casting a lip less around and your not getting action , dont just give up and switch lures , sometimes it takes time to call them in with the rattle baits … its amazing how they just show up and start chowing after 50 casts … Patience grasshopper

  23. the Hogfarmer Tacticalbassin Micro A Rig should have been listed as the #1 lure for Sept all the way to May. Great lure just make sure to bring extras because the bass will annihilate it.
